The first edition of the Festival Grzesiuk took place a year ago, held from 6 to 8 May. One of its elements was to paint a mural commemorating the form of a relationship with the place Fri. "Stanisław Grzesiuk - here I am!". The project was funded with support from the City of Mokotów District Warsaw. It is organized by the Theater Association and Partnership for base Mokotów "My Sielce."
"No quarter was not as musical as Czernikaów. Often gathered in groups, we played, we sang. Standing on the street. On one corner was a whole group of guys, somewhere in the vicinity revolved girls. At some point doklepywało it all to ourselves and it was raining no question - what do we do? "
Youth was going for a walk on the surrounding area of Służewiec, Wierzbna whether the Vistula. So it was in the days robcze - from Monday to Saturday. Sunday was a day for rest and fun. Then it was up to the Park Sieleckiego, where "was the rendezvous of the whole district," and dance organized by the Society of Friends of the Belvedere, Czerniakow Sielc and Siekierki. "Nobody knew what friendship was based on", but the dances were held in the summer months, to the delight of the whole Tale. In winter dances they carried the hall to the Podrapciu. One thing was constant - shared fun was pleasant detachment about the hardships of everyday life. Community and strong relationships were seen not only in fun, but also during operation, or shady interests.
